I have a property manager, they get like 6% of the monthly rent collected, and they do everything for me, I have never even talked to my tenants, all that happens is my manager calls me when something big happens (like washer/dryer breaking down), and I give them the OK to hire a repair man, boom done. When the tenants move out, the property manager also takes care of all the advertising and application process for new tenants. You sit around and collect 94% of the revenue while doing nothing?
