| Topic | Lol, my work still uses only Flash and Internet Explorer for certain web apps |
| treewojima 03/12/20 8:47:17 AM #1: | We have one Flash-based program I have to use all day that only seems to work properly on Internet Explorer. I've tried Chrome, Firefox and even Edge and it just glitches and crashes the entire browser. Didn't used to until the company released some sort of update that makes it incompatible with everything else; I even submitted a help desk ticket about it once it started being broken and the response was "Flash in Firefox is broken, use IE". There's also several other sites I have to use that are IE-only, to the point of just giving a generic "incompatible browser" message when trying to use anything else. They're just bog standard Javascript and AJAX shit too, but written juuuuust right that they only use IE. It's 2020 and we're still locked into fucking Internet Explorer lmao ... *sobs uncontrollably* ... Copied to Clipboard! |
