But whatever Biden's past may be regarding race relations, we do have FPtP voting, and Trump is the alternative choice.

That's not how the legal system works.

Considering the Dept. of Justice abides by a memo that they can't indict a sitting president, it kind of is how the legal system works.
Until Trump's out of office, he can't be tried for his crimes in court.

I still think he flees to Russia in early January to avoid prison, though
