IIRC, the theory is people who spend around 15 minutes facing the infected or 2 hours in a closed room with the infected are in danger. Also 3 rows around victim on planes. It's possible corona doesn't spread during incubation. Germany's case is what started the theory and the Chinese lady who "had no symptoms" said herself that she had slight symptoms which the other victims just did not notice. I mean, if it did, IMO we'd be looking at much bigger infection numbers, afaik symptoms usually appear within 3-5 days and incubation time of 24 days is supposed to be very rare.
