Topic	Is it worth it to see a doctor for tinnitus in my right ear

They only thing they suggested was cognitive behavior therapy. Problem with the ringing is I had trouble sleeping with it for a month and developed an anxiety disorder because of it. Now I'm dealing with that and the ringing. I don't even really care about the ringing anymore, but the anxiety disorder or whatever the fuck this is has been kicking my ass. I guess you'll just have to learn coping skills to deal with it. Tinnitus also feeds on stress so the more stressed you are the louder it will sound. Hope you deal with it better than what I have because mine fucked me up. --- You tried your best and you failed miserably.
