Don't tell me that billionaires shouldn't exist or that I don't gain anything from them, and then turn around and say you earned your millions because you wrote a book I don't care about. There's a big difference between a million and a billion, and how damaging and exploitive you have to be to make it to the billion. The "shouldn't exist" line comes from the idea that the situation that allowed the billionaire to exploit others should not have been allowed to happen. --- Holy crap!
