Topic	OMG I cannot stand parents who cannot tame their unruly children

But generally, I'm all for having a kid friendly society. The best of kids can get unruly through no fault of the parent. I have no issue with a bit of minor inconvenience if it means the parent doesn't have to feel guilty and stressed about their kids bothering me.
