I just saw a more updated report on cnn. but I couldn't find the video online. but basically this guy and his wife went in to have a baby. and some complications happened but they left her to wait for treatment for like 10 hours. and by the time they got back to her, she died almost immediate into the surgery. and this woman was a big loss too. apparently she was a genius and spoke like 5 languages. the husband says he spent those 10 hours trying to get people to check on his wife and he was constantly ignored or told to leave them alone. now he's suing them ...
