That creepy guy was Patrice Wilson, the producer. He made a bunch of music videos for kids, and he was in all/most of them, and they were all bad. Don't know where he is now but he closed his brand down in 2018. But back on topic, I thought we all knew Rabecca Black was hot and actually had a good singing voice, but apparently a lot of people are late to the party.
