The reports I cited claim only 15-17% had more than $10,000, and gives no figure for more than $100,000 but presumably it would be quite a bit less. Something ain't right. Ah I looked at the articles you posted, makes sense. The original article is referring to money saved, including retirement accounts like a 401k.
