The local Burger Baron has a unique take on burgers... they make them really thin (like McDonalds singles thin), but really wide... so it's like six inches of burger. That's soooooo much better than a meat brick since you get way more surface area for toppings as well as more of the best part of the burger --- "Salt cures Everything!"
