No setting, no backgrounds (though, to be fair, Bleach got pretty far with no backgrounds), no monsters, no weapons/items, etc. Honestly, I wouldnt want to be a mangaka anyway unless I could quickly draw a bare-bones manga and get super rich from it like Hiro Mashima.
