Not to mention everything else they are doing. Because there are many, many more cases than a thousand odd cases. If it was just 1,000 cases, every single hospital throughout the entire province wouldn't be overwhelmed like they are. There are literally videos of dead bodies just laying on the floors of hospital hallways that are completely full of people (in one video there were 5 bodies in the span of about 40-50 feet).If it was only a thousand odd cases medical workers wouldn't be having complete mental breakdowns due to what is happening.
