He had snapped one of those tendons that run down the back of your leg, a couple weeks prior. He went to watch a basketball game his friends were playing (actual league games). When the game ended he's walking (on crutches) back to his truck on the other side of the street. Cop sees this and gives him a ticket. Friend is telling this cop he's not walking half a mile to the crosswalk. Argues with the cop, street is straight and flat for miles, you can clearly see if traffic is coming from a far distance. Cop didn't care, expected him to waddle half a mile to the crosswalk on crutches, and onother half mile back. To get to his truck that was 20 feet away going straight to it, by jaywalking. Friend got into with this cop as much as he new he could, his oldest brother is a cop. Friend knows he's not going to pay this ticket and his brother is just going to get it dismissed. Which he did. --- I personally like Link as a Rugged Shaman Swashbuckler more than Resourceful Gadget Boy. That's why Zelda II is one of my all time favorites, ...(see quote) ...
