The Fire Temple from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time used to have a theme that had Muslim chanting in it:

But then in later copies of OoT they altered the song to remove the chanting:

Only the earliest N64 cartridges of OoT have the muslim chanting in it. Later runs of OoT cartridges, and any port of OoT, from the GC one onward, have had the non-chanting version of the Fire Temple theme.

Why Nintendo changed it? From what I gather it's simply because it clashed with some "no religion" policy they had or still have I would guess, and I guess Nintendo didn't realize the chanting was actual Muslim chanting when they originally added it to the Fire Temple (The chanting was from an open sound library and not composed by Nintendo themselves, which is why they didn't know before using it).
