You're full of shit he wasn't even aggressive he only signaled to the driver to call 911.

I'm willing to admit that a good portion of the interpreted aggression is probably from him being all amped up in this situation like someone else mentioned, but my initial impression was that he was being an asshole. In reality, it's probably a little of both.

Of course he did it with a lot of energy a stupid kid just got hit by his van because of the kid being stupid and parents not paying attention. He was worried about that child. Stop fucking reaching.
