Topic	Let's look at the house I viewed today. Should I buy it?

Also considering how old the house is, it probably has aluminum wiring which can be a major concern. Aluminum wiring expands and contracts with heat which can loosen wires and cause arcs. Arcs are what burn down houses. That type of wiring is safe provided all the proper precautions are taken. I don't see that being the case in that house.
