Probably a lot of nervous AA gun operators in Iran right now. But they wouldn't do this intentionally: it would be far too inflammatory, all at a time when they've been furiously plying third-parties diplomatically. I don't think I've seen anyone claim it was anything other than, at worst, someone panicking and accidentally shooting it down.
