Also in my state fastfood workers are specifically mentioned in labor law as not having a right to a break so I dont think a job such as mine would fare well in fighting for one. Seriously its not a physically demanding job 99.9 percerent of the time. Enough so here on night shift most employees fall asleep half the night. Just sucks for us smokers.
