You get the tingling left hand and pain in your arm?

For me, I have these things like skipped heartbeats called PVCs. I've been struggling with them for almost a year now. They get worse after I eat a large meal. At this point since doctors have told me they're nothing to worry about and I expect it to happen, I can mostly ignore it and know that it will calm down a few hours after eating.

Today it's just not calming down though. I've been feeling PVCs for like 6 hours at this point.
I don't get it as often anymore. This is why they gave you anxiety medication. It's actually crazy how much anxiety can effect your body, even simulating heart attacks. You need to go sit outside and get some fresh air, try to get a drink of choice in and if you can listen to relaxing or ambient music.
