| luigi13579 01/05/20 8:32:04 AM #5: | It's a really flawed game, but so much fun IMO. The Digimon raising system is a bit of a chore, but over time, I've come to the view that it's genius. The focus on a single Digimon means you become incredibly attached to it, and when it dies, it really hits you. Few games create that kind of emotion. It's not all bad, however, as your Digimon lays an egg before it dies, and the Digimon that hatches from it inherits a portion of its parent's stats (not much, although it goes up as you raise more Digimon).
