| wwinterj25 01/05/20 7:58:22 AM #6: | The first two weeks are the worse for most folk. If you don't touch a smoke in those two weeks then chances are you'll quit for good. Urges will always be a thing but those past really quickly once you've quit for a while. I used vaping to quit several years ago, vaped for a year then quit vaping. I've not vaped in over a year now but the urge to smoke/vape passes me by now and then. Even more so when I'm walking behind someone who is using them. I doubt I'd enjoy a smoke now even if I had one.
