Topic	are AMD processors in laptops still bad?

The GPU (graphics card) is terrible. The 1050 was midrange (at best, more like entry range) and is quite old now, 3 years to be exact. What's your budget that you are actually willing to spend and also how long do you expect this laptop to play games/what games do you intend to play. Probably anything $750 or below.
