Wow, you looked at a couple of numbers from a link and determined they are a comparable threat because... numbers? lol

Let's break this down since you're apparently too lazy to educate yourself.

Total Naval Assets: 398
Aircraft Carriers: 0
Frigates: 6
Destroyers: 0
Corvettes: 3
Submarines: 34 (zero are nuclear)
Patrol Vessels: 88 (wrong, actually 230)
Mine Warfare: 3

Total Naval Assets: 415
Aircraft Carriers: 24
Frigates: 22
Destroyers: 68
Corvettes: 15
Submarines: 68 (all nuclear)
Patrol Vessels: 13
Mine Warfare: 11

Just that simple breakdown from that first link shows how incredibly outgunned Iran is. You'll notice too that the numbers don't add up. They aren't accounting for a lot of different types of ships. More alarmingly is that more than half of Iran's fleet is composed of patrol vessels (The 2nd link states Iran has 230 patrol craft, aka useless)

If you take out actual patrol vessel numbers then Iran's fleet shrinks to 168 compared to 398 for the US.

But let's go beyond that because these numbers aren't entirely accurate. The US Fleet actually has over 490 ships with 90+ currently under construction or on order (feel free to look this up on Naval Vessel Register)
