UMP45's second skill sucks, so you can get away with just Mod1 if you don't want to go all the way. NTW's upgrade is an improvement but it doesn't suddenly make her a general use rifle; it just means she can do some more work in some fights without being relegated to bamboo duty on bosses. Even as a bamboo, TAC-50 is a better option. --- Quality and convenience are rarely seen holding hands.
