I'm not going to say they fixed him in 9 but I suppose I have to respect them at least trying in 9 by saying he's just a nasty dude who just likes to ruin stuff and doesn't really care for his own longevity. Captain Phasma just lost, got kidnapped, lost, died. I give it to her.
