Topic	Entering the new year by doing my first fallout 3 playthrough

That said. If it's your first playthrough just go with the flow and go where makes sense. Dont get to caught up in optimal character creation. That's the downfall of most games like fallout and TES imo I remember getting there at second level, but it's so effing hard to avoid discovering any new areas.
