I've gotten stuff from a 7-11 in WV and stuff from a freaking Walgreens in Florida. North Carolina. Normal retail doesn't carry hard alcohol. Unless it's a BAR, PUB, CLUB like place it's gotta be connected to the ABC or be some vintage booze shop with a booze license. Or the ALE will hand out some ass. Back home in TN it was the AAA Package which sounds cooler. I remember how "let's go to the triple A" sounded cool.
