In any case I had written the game off after the Seahawks got that first down at the end. I just assumed they would run it in from the half yard line and then the delay of game happened. This is basically just saying that you cant have someone who has established possession beyond the line of scrimmage lateral it back behind the line and then have a forward pass. Like you cant do a flea flicker that first goes beyond the line.
