If Tony starks stupid gadgets can hold thanos' hand open so he can't click then superman can get close to thanos without giving him time to react and either crush his glove or take it off him since superman is as fast as flash. Superman is not as fast as the flash but he is fast enough though. Remember seeing a comic panel where superman was chasing flash for some reason and he said "ive beat you in a race before" to which the flash responds "that was for charity" then hes gone leaving superman in his dust.
