Apples and blueberries to start, as I'm allergic to several other fruits, but I will expand it soon -I've been taking cod liver oil every day to meet my Vitamin D requirements -I've cut down on red meats. I eat it once or twice a week (usually a grass-fed burger), compared to eating it 5 or 6 times a week previously -Fish has been comprising more of my diet. I've been eating more tuna, tilapia, and cod fish -I had been eating spinach daily but I must have developed an allergy, since my lips start swelling as soon as I eat it now --- ...
