I apologized and said "Happy Holidays". I'm not even embarrassed. I appreciate using the term "Happy Holidays" when around strangers because it reminds me that they might be a non-Christian who has their own winter traditions. As a non-religious person I am pretty confident most of us in the west still celebrate christmas. --- Mind post.
