I can't imagine a team of people getting together and saying "Yeah this is aight" after watching a cut of it. Then again, someone probably banked on furries in general accepting shite quality, and was unpleasantly surprised. Nah, probably just some theater fan who liked the Broadway show (which is supposed to be really good?) and wanted to bring it to the big screen. But some shows just don't translate to the big screen too well. Especially with Hollywood's ongoing addiction to CG-ing the shit out of live action movies. Might have worked if they went all in on a non-anthropomorphized cat aesthetic and made it fully animated instead of live action? --- "If history is to change, let it change!
