Like, okay, TRoS is low on every metric except for Rotten Tomatoes? Who cares? Pay attention to the ones you trust then? And all of that out of the way, of course users would rate TROS higher than TLJ. The Last Jedi is a hack critics wet dream, while TRoS is a fanservice loving fanboys wet dream.
