He doesn't say what he actually believes he says what will get people fired up. So of course an impeachment of Obama would be horrible and an impeachment of him is no big deal. People need to stop thinking that everything Trump said is anything but a way to mobilize Republicans I've occasionally say this but people don't listen. Trump is just a super troll.
