Topic	man job recruiter called me 5 mins after I applied online wtf

Good developers don't stay on the market for 2-3 weeks. Double that with the holidays slowing down applicants, if you see a resume you like you move on it. I guess I'm trying to apply to anything that looks feasible, and then would do the research later if they want a phone interview.
