with today's picture heavy social media society and what problems we are currently facing, upping the legal age for nudes would be reckless and could potentially ruin the lives of young adults.

Unless you're specifically referring to industry porn and who they can hire, but all that would do is create a massive "amateur/barely legal" market and create shady companies that skirt the line of "industry" porn.

We're stuck at 18. We can go lower, but I really don't think anybody would ever vouch for that in any serious manner, especially in politics
