It's a complicated question.

The porn industry is pretty shady. There are some pretty nasty stories of how porn stars are treated and how exploitative the industry can be. Porn can be addictive as hell, and really warps the way some people view/experience women + sexual relationships.

But sex is a universal human experience. You can't do anything to get rid of it and in the grand scheme of things, porn is still one of the healthier ways to address that experience, even if it does have its drawbacks.

I think I'd be in favor of more federal regulation of the porn industry. Just for starters, I think 18 is too young of an age to legally be allowed to participate in porn. That's high schoolers. Generally at that age I find it hard to believe that you're fully mature/seasoned enough to make decisions about what to do with your body.
