And he will never be convicted. This is what happens when you try to punish someone to the extremes for something that isn't as big a deal as people here are making it out to be. No it's not ok to do, but the average person isn't going to agree with him going to prison for years for a run-by ass slapping. So after he is found not guilty other dumbasses are going to say "well I guess it's ok to do since this guy was found not guilty." The best thing to do was have him be 'convicted' in the eyes of the public as that would send a far better message then a trial that isnt going to go anywhere.

Not to mention let's stop the bs and be honest here. If this was a male reporter no one would give a shit. If it was a female runner and male reporter, again, no one would give a shit. I would even say if it was a male reporter even he wouldn't give a shit. Either he would ignore it all together or think there's some jackass thinking their funny.

Fine print for the illiterate: No I am not saying what he did was ok or that it should be encouraged, but to compare this to people who have actually been sexually assaulted is both insulting to those victims and offensive.
