Topic	Wait, mods can uphold moderations without another message?

In my experience, when someone complains they're being targeted, their moderations have always been by different moderators. It would be a small step in the right direction. If a mod knows his/her name will be attached to a low-quality moderation, maybe he or she will be less likely to pull the trigger because they're spiteful (which is what mods do ninety-nine percent of the time). --- I write Naruto Fanfiction.
