This is the real reason, and a justifiable one. "Distraction" in the sense that the male patrons might feel awkward acting the same way they otherwise would have w/ some women watching them. It's a strip club, not a normal social setting... And the potential for "drama" if they're going in to find a bf/husband should be self-explanatory why the club would want to avoid that.
