It's like Zack read Return of Superman and drew exactly the opposite conclusion as he was supposed to.
Return of Superman was brilliant because it redefined Superman as:
1. A Cyborg with a Mega Buster
2. A "wicked cool" teenager with leather and shades
3. Working class Iron Man
4. Futuristic sleek alien
And then they were like "just kidding those all suck" and brought back Superman himself as a black clad unpowered dude packing heat.
And then they were like "ha, just kidding that sucks too" and brought the guy back exactly as he was as the resolution of the conflict. Then they said this sucks too and gave him electric powers and split him in two --- Do you think God stays in heaven because he, too, lives in fear of what he's created? ... Copied to Clipboard! |
