Fifty fifty shot that it's a homeless person looking for change or a drug dealer trying to sell something. Made me randomly going on a beer run with my best friends dad. His car was broke down so he took his company truck (maola milk truck) and this homeless dude asked him what he was doing delievering milk so late at night and my friends dad just said "emergency delivery they have no milk left" and kept walking --- Cid- "looks like that overgrown lobster just got served!"
