It's not standard across the board, but the fact is one department did discriminate along that lines, which was the article we all recalled that you denied ever existing. It is not us that has no stance, it's just you.

I do recall an article posted here years back talking about how people who score high on IQ tests tend to get bored too easily on the job so they do discriminate their applicants on that basis.

when the reality is there's evidence of only one department doing this, so making a claim that police in general do it is misleading at best and lying at worst. ESPECIALLY considering that article is nearly 20 years old, the Supreme Court advised against the practice in their ruling, and despite every ignorant anti-cop poster on the internet citing that same ruling, I've yet to see a single one present another case of that happening, even in the same department.
