I think Coppola mistakes MCU and other superhero stuff for Michael Bay movies. Bay didn't make Transformers or TMNT into anything more than CG FX paloozas. which is why Bumblebee did so much better cuz it wasn't Bay. Bumblebee was a fantastic movie for a Transformers plot.
