She coulda just been like 'lol thats so inappropriate' THEN reported you if it was an on going thing I reported a fat bitch to HR and got her fired but i put up with her shit for months and she was lazy as shit and just overall a toxic person to work with. so i knew racist jokes she made would get her fired.
