Hydro is a decent source of power iirc, but it's super expensive and can damage habitat and environments with the facilities and dams. I'm not sure about Nuclear, but I think it's on par or better. But people don't want nuclear plants due to fear of disaster so they don't make them anymore in the US iirc. Plus we still don't have a way of safely disposing of nuclear waste.
