It will represent a sometime who straddles the line between light and dark, or what the books called grey Jedi. It makes perfect sense as a resolution to Rey and kylo's story arcs, given that neither of them really falls perfectly to one side or the other, and it will be a nod to hardcore fans because in an early draft of a new hope the Jedi were called Skywalkers, a name that was later reused for Luke. Their in Universe justification will be naming it after Luke, who at this point in continuity has all these legendary feets that may or may not have happened. --- "History Is Much Like An Endless Waltz.
