That's terrible :( He was attacked, mounted and being repeatedly punched in the face while the back of his skull smashed into concrete? How is that cold blooded? That's the literal opposite of cold blood. Even before you get into the fact he's not a murderer. But I agree with the latter. Sue the prosecutor, media outlets etc but not the family. I wonder if there is a reason why they are being included that is being ignored by the media.
