The closest I could find was some weird wiki site that speculates on what happened to a lot of screen pets. They said the Mask dog likely died in the early 00s based on average lifespan of a Jack Terrier. If you want a fun Hollywood dog story, read up on Stallone's dog and all the drama surrounding the funding, filming, and completion of Rocky.
